Olivia Smith has entered rarefied air. The 21-year-old Whitby, Ont. native was named England’s Professional Footballers’ Association Young Player of the Year for a second straight year during a gala in Manchester on Tuesday. The Arsenal forward had been shortlisted for the award this past June.
