All five voters – Ray Ferraro, Jeff O’Neill, Jamie McLennan, Craig Button and Darren Dreger - slotted the Capitals at the top entering the playoffs. Filling out the consensus top five are Chicago (2), Pittsburgh (3), Anaheim (4) and Edmonton (5).
