The Vegas Golden Knights have signed forward Brendan Leipsic and defenceman Griffin Reinhart to two-year deals. 

Leipsic’s deal is worth $1.3 million, while Reinhart’s contract is worth $1.6 million. 

Both restricted free-agents were selected by the Golden Knights in the expansion draft.

Leipsic played in 49 games for the Toronto Marlies of the AHL in 2016-17 and scored 18 goals while adding 33 assists.  The 23-year-old was selected 89th overall in the third round of the 2012 NHL Entry Draft.

Reinhart played 54 games for the Bakersfield Condors of the AHL last season and had seven goals and 14 assists with a plus-8 rating.  The 23-year-old also played in one playoff game for the Oilers and picked up an assist.  He was selected fourth overall in the first round of the 2012 NHL Entry Draft by the New York Islanders.
