The Los Angeles Kings have acquired goaltender Peter Budaj from the Tampa Bay Lighting in exchange for forward Andy Andreoff, the teams announced on Wednesday.
Budaj was selected in the second round, 63rd overall at the 2001 NHL Entry Draft by the Colorado Avalanche.
He has previously spent two seasons with the Kings from 2015-17 and has also played for the Montreal Canadiens over the course of his career.
Andreoff played in 159 games for the Kings and posted 13 goals with 11 assists and 214 penalty minutes.
