Veteran Toronto kicker Lirim Hajrullahu missed a 31-yard field goal on the game’s final play, as the Tiger-Cats survived a late rally from the rival Argonauts for a victory on Saturday night. Tre Ford threw a touchdown pass and ran for a game-high 109 yards in his first start at quarterback for Hamilton.

Davis Alexander set a CFL record for consecutive passes without an interception and led his team to a hard-fought win over the host Stampeders. Alexander completed 25 of 32 passes for 402 yards and threw for more than 300 yards for a sixth straight game to start the season as Montreal improved to 5-1.
