Geno Lewis’ time with the Ottawa Redblacks is over. The three-time CFL All-Star receiver was released by Ottawa on Sunday. Lewis, 33, had played in six games for the Redblacks this season, hauling in 20 catches for 231 yards. The nine-year veteran had signed a contract extension with Ottawa over the winter that would have run through the 2027 season.
