PGA Tour reveals details of new competitive structure debuting in 2028

The PGA Tour announced membership categories Tuesday for its new Championship Series and Challenger Series, which will serve as a feeder circuit for the top tour starting in 2028. The tour's boards also approved a new "last chance" series, which will include at least four tournaments in the fall with three cards available for the Championship Series. Woods strikes plea deal, has driver’s license suspended 5 years

Tiger Woods pleaded no contest to a reckless driving charge Wednesday following a rollover crash in March near his home in Florida where he initially was accused of driving under the influence. Woods agreed to the reduced charge, and the judge ordered that his driver’s license be suspended for five years.
