Chase Burns pitched five innings of one-run ball and survived six stolen bases for his eighth straight win, Tyler Stephenson hit a three-run homer in the fourth inning off New York rookie Elmer Rodríguez and the Reds beat the Yankees on Sunday.


MLB: Orioles 3, Dodgers 2

Trevor Rogers allowed one hit over a dominating seven scoreless innings and the Orioles beat the Dodgers on Saturday night. Shohei Ohtani hit a home run in the ninth inning for Los Angeles after missing Friday’s game for the birth of his second child.


MLB: Pirates 1, Rockies 2

Jake McCarthy hit a leadoff inside-the-park home run off Paul Skenes and the Rockies survived another tense ninth inning to beat the Pirates on Saturday night. Skenes took a no-hitter into the seventh inning against Colorado on May 12, and hasn't won since that outing.


MLB: Blue Jays 8, Cubs 6

Kazuma Okamoto hit a three-run home run to cap a five-run eighth inning and the Blue Jays rallied from a five-run deficit to beat the Cubs on Saturday.

It started with Kevin Gausman throwing over 40 pitches, and allowing seven runs in the first inning and ended with Miles Straw on the mound, as three-hit games from Pete Crow-Armstrong, Seiya Suzuki, and Nico Hoerner helped the Cubs roll over the Blue Jays in this one.


MLB: Blue Jays 4, Red Sox 3

Brandon Valenzuela hit a go-ahead RBI double off Aroldis Chapman with two outs in the ninth inning and the Blue Jays completed a three-game sweep of the Red Sox on Thursday. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and Nathan Lukes homered for Toronto, which has taken five of six matchups against Boston this season.

Andrés Giménez had two hits, an RBI and three steals, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. drove in two runs, and Toronto beat the Red Sox on Wednesday night after the Blue Jays placed scheduled starter Max Scherzer on the injured list.


MLB: Rays 4, Dodgers 5

Freddie Freeman hit a go-ahead, two-run homer in the sixth inning after the Tampa Bay Rays scored four runs off a banged-up Shohei Ohtani in the Los Angeles Dodgers' 5-4 win on Wednesday.


MLB: Marlins 2, Phillies 8

Brandon Marsh, Alec Bohm and Kyle Schwarber homered, Jesús Luzardo pitched seven strong innings and the Philadelphia Phillies defeated the Miami Marlins 8-2 on Tuesday night.


MLB: White Sox 2, Yankees 12

Spencer Jones hit his first Yankee Stadium home run in the second inning, Ben Rice and Paul Goldschmidt each added a two-run drive in the fourth, and the New York Yankees rocked Davis Martin in a 12-2 victory over the Chicago White Sox on Tuesday night.


MLB: Blue Jays 6, Red Sox 1

:Davis Schneider and Andrés Giménez hit back-to-back home runs, Dylan Cease pitched five shutout innings and the Toronto Blue Jays beat the Boston Red Sox 6-1 on Tuesday night.


MLB: Mets 0, Reds 12

Eugenio Suárez homered twice and drove in a career-high six runs, including a grand slam in the second inning as the Reds rolled to a victory over the Mets.


MLB: Rockies 4, Cubs 5

Cubs center fielder Pete Crow-Armstrong became the first player in the majors to hit for the cycle this season. Crow-Armstrong homered to lead off the game against the Rockies, then hit a triple in the third inning, a double in the fifth and a single in the seventh. Chicago rallied with two runs in the ninth inning for the win.
