'My Wish': Victoria meets MLB star Fernando Tatis Jr.

Born with a neurological condition and facing significant medical challenges and numerous operations throughout her life, including a kidney transplant, 12-year-old New Mexico resident and baseball fan Victoria doesn’t let any of that slow her down. Her wish includes a first-ever visit to an MLB stadium, San Diego’s Petco Park, where the Padres go all-out with an unforgettable day, which includes spending time with her favorite player, Fernando Tatis Jr.
