Panthers acquiring Brady Tkachuk from Senators for four draft picks
The Ottawa Senators are trading captain Brady Tkachuk to the Florida Panthers, according to TSN Hockey Insider Pierre LeBrun. Tkachuk had 22 goals and 59 points in 60 games with the Senators last season. He did not record a point in four playoff games as the Senators were eliminated in the first round.
Oilers extend F Dickinson on five-year, $20M deal
Jason Dickinson is staying put in Edmonton. The forward and the Oilers reached a five-year, $20 million extension that carries a cap hit of $4 million and takes a pending unrestricted free agent off the board.
