The Carolina Hurricanes completed the sweep against the Ottawa Senators Saturday afternoon. After Taylor Hall opened the scoring in the second, Drake Batherson and the Sens responded with a powerplay marker to tie it up. In the third, Logan Stankoven stayed hot with his fourth goal of the post-season and Sebastian Aho buried a pair of empty netters to seal it. Frederik Andersen stood tall allowing two goals on 27 shots as the Hurricanes move on to play the winner of the Flyers and Penguins series in Round 2 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
