NHL: Hurricanes 4, Senators 2

The Carolina Hurricanes completed the sweep against the Ottawa Senators Saturday afternoon. In the third, Logan Stankoven stayed hot with his fourth goal of the post-season and Sebastian Aho buried a pair of empty netters to seal it. Frederik Andersen stood tall allowing two goals on 27 shots as the Hurricanes move on to play the winner of the Flyers and Penguins series in Round 2 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs. CAR wins series 4-0

Lane Hutson scored the overtime winner as the Montreal Canadiens beat the Tampa Bay Lightning 3-2 in overtime to regain the series lead. Alexandre Texier and Kirby Dach scored for the Canadiens, while Brandon Hagel and Brayden Point countered for the Lightning. MTL leads series 2-1.
