TSN Hockey Insider Chris Johnston confirms Troy Stecher is signing a two-year, $2.7 million deal with the Leafs ahead of his unrestricted free agency, but Matias Maccelli’s time with the Leafs is over as the winger has not been given a qualifying offer by the team and will become an unrestricted free agent on Wednesday.
