Serena and Venus Williams to play doubles together at Wimbledon

Even at a combined age of 90, opponents should still be wary of facing the Williams sisters at Wimbledon. Serena and Venus Williams won a combined 21 titles on the storied grass of the All England Club in their singles and doubles careers and now they're going for one more. A doubles wild card invitation for the sisters was announced on Tuesday by organizers of Wimbledon, which starts in less than two weeks.


Canada's Mboko withdraws from Queen's Club singles match after fall

Canada's Victoria Mboko withdrew from her first-round match at the HSBC Championships on Wednesday after sustaining a knee injury during the second set. The injury puts in doubt Mboko's participation for the rest of the short grass season, including Wimbledon in three weeks, as well as her doubles partnership at Queen's Club with tennis legend Serena Williams.

Now that the pairing with Serena Williams has been made public, Canadian Vicky Mboko spoke about the added pressure that comes with the extra attention but plans to just try and have fun at Queen's Club. Mboko added it's been a pleasure getting to know Serena on the court and spoke about her first memories of watching her play.
