WNBA: Liberty 92, Fever 106

Kelsey Mitchell scored 20 of her 28 points in the first half, and Caitlin Clark added 22 points and 10 assists to lead the Indiana Fever to a victory over the New York Liberty. Indiana has won seven of its last nine, and this one came after coach Stephanie White's 2 1/2-minute pregame outburst, defending herself while also calling out the sideshows she thinks have overshadowed the WNBA.


WNBA: Tempo 95, Dream 107

Rhyne Howard netted a team-high 22 points for the Dream, Angel Reese picked up 20 points and pulled down 14 boards, and the Atlanta Dream swept the season series with the Tempo, despite a 36-point performance from Marina Mabrey.

WNBA: Mercury 75, Mystics 95

Shakira Austin had 19 points and 11 rebounds, Sonia Citron also scored 19 points and the Washington Mystics beat the Phoenix Mercury to extend their win streak to seven games.


WNBA: Valkyries 84, Sparks 78

Cecilia Zandalasini scored 15 points on 5-of-5 shooting from 3-point range, Tiffany Hayes added 14 and the Golden State Valkyries blew most of a 19-point lead before beating the Los Angeles Sparks.


WNBA: Wings 90, Lynx 103

Kayla McBride made a WNBA-record 10 3-pointers and finished with a career-high 43 points as the Minnesota Lynx beat the Dallas Wings, becoming the first team to clinch a spot in the WNBA playoffs.


WNBA: Aces 71, Liberty 111

Marine Johannes scored a career-high 27 points, hitting seven 3-pointers, and the Liberty routed the short-handed Aces. Las Vegas was playing the second-half of a brutal back-to-back as A’ja Wilson, Chelsea Gray and Jackie Young all missed the game to rest


WNBA: Fever 90, Sky 86

Kelsey Mitchell scored 27 points to set a WNBA single-season record with her 16th straight game of 20-plus points, Caitlin Clark had 26 points and 11 assists but a potentially costly eighth technical foul, and the Fever beat the Sky. Chicago's DiJonai Carrington was ejected in the first quarter after being called for a Flagrant 2 foul on Sophie Cunningham.


WNBA: Aces 87, Lynx 98

In a battle between the top two teams in the league, the Lynx subdued A'ja Wilson and got 26 points from rookie sensation Olivia Miles and another 22 from Napheesa Collier to defeat the Aces and clinch a playoff spot.


WNBA: Tempo 83, Fire 97

Carla Leite had 27 points and 11 assists and the Fire snapped a five-game skid with a win over Toronto on Thursday night, sending the Tempo to their eighth straight loss. Leite made 5 of 12 shots with two 3-pointers and 15 of 17 free throws for Portland.
