Ever wondered how good an NHL cover athlete is?
Well, we were able to get the answer.
With Macklin Celebrini gracing the cover of this year’s NHL 27 game, we were able to spend a little time with Celebrini and put him along with his Sharks teammate Tyler Toffoli to the test in a few challenges in order to find out just how accurate his video game ratings are.
We were also joined by a very special guest that hockey fans are going to love seeing in this video, so you definitely won’t want to miss it!

The man, the myth, the legend... Jumbo Joe himself!
It was an absolute delight having Joe Thornton around to rate the guys, and he certainly had a lot to say about Jesse’s performance.
Overall, we have to say Celebrini put on a good show in our challenges, and is well-deserving of his 94 rating this year.
Of course, we didn’t expect anything less than that from the highest-paid player in NHL history. We can’t wait to see what Celebrini has in store for us in his third NHL season, and no doubt he’ll be one of our go-to players in Chel for years to come.
