George Chuvalo, a Canadian boxing legend who stepped in the ring with some of the greatest of all time, passed away on Saturday. A five-time Canadian heavyweight champion, Chuvalo fought Joe Frazier, George Foreman and Muhammad Ali twice, with Ali calling him the toughest man he ever fought.
Muhammad Ali exploded on the scene winning gold at the 1960 Olympic Games in Rome and just four years later he shocked the world by defeating Sonny Liston for boxing's World Heavyweight Championship. However, in 1967 at the height of his career he took a stand that cost him a heavy price.
