Usually, when LeBron James comes to Canada, it’s to put his game face on to take on the Toronto Raptors on their home court, a team he’s historically played rather well against (see “LeBronto”).

His latest trip up north, however, appeared to be more for pleasure rather than business.

James, along with his wife, Savannah James, paid a visit to Rogers Arena to watch the Vancouver gig of Kendrick Lamar’s “The Big Steppers Tour."

K.Dot’s tour won’t be in Los Angeles until September 14, so it appears that James, a noted Kendrick fan, opted to go watch the Compton-born rapper earlier instead. James has regularly shown love to Lamar, especially when he releases new music

This time around however, James was jamming out at the concert, and boy, did he ever look like he was having a time.

Fans quickly took to social media to share videos of King James vibing out in his own private section on the concert floor. James is no stranger to making appearances at concerts – he once went on stage with Drake and Travis Scott – this time around, he took it all in from the sidelines, enjoying it as best as one could.

Following the performance, it was nice to see James show love to Lamar, as well as to the city of Vancouver, as he took to social media to express his gratitude. The King’s first time out West appears to have been a resounding success!
