Liam Lawson will once again deputise for Isack Hadjar at the Italian Grand Prix after Red Bull confirmed the Frenchman is still recovering from a wrist injury.
Lawson replaced Hadjar as Max Verstappen's teammate at last month's Dutch Grand Prix after the 21-year-old suffered the injury while boxing during the summer break. Yuki Tsunoda stepped up from his reserve role to take Lawson's place at Racing Bulls.
Those temporary lineups will remain in place at Monza this weekend.
"Liam will drive alongside Max at the Italian Grand Prix in Monza, while Isack continues to make encouraging progress following the wrist injury sustained during the summer break," Red Bull said in a statement.
"The Team is closely monitoring his rehabilitation and will take no unnecessary risks with his return to competition and wishes him a speedy recovery."
Lawson impressed on his unexpected return to Red Bull at Zandvoort, finishing seventh and scoring six points despite receiving a 10-second penalty for failing to slow sufficiently under yellow flags. He was the team's only finisher after Verstappen crashed out on the opening lap.
Tsunoda finished 11th on his return to Racing Bulls, one place ahead of teammate Arvid Lindblad.

Before the injury, Hadjar had scored points in seven consecutive grands prix. He sits eighth in the drivers' championship.
Team principal Laurent Mekies praised Lawson's performance on a weekend when Red Bull struggled to match the pace of the McLarens, Mercedes and Ferraris ahead.
"He's done a good job stepping into the car," Mekies said. "It's never easy to step into a different team, a different car for a race like that. He's done a good job.
"Only one tenth away from Max in qualifying and took the points that were available to him pace-wise with the seventh place."
The Italian Grand Prix weekend starts on Friday and finishes with Sunday's race.
