HENDERSON, Nev. -- Las Vegas Raiders running back Ashton Jeanty, who has been battling ankle and foot injuries, said he's feeling "great" ahead of Sunday's home game against the Buffalo Bills.
"I'm ready to go," Jeanty said.
Added coach Klint Kubiak: "He's playing."
Jeanty was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, and Kubiak said he was "excited" about giving his running back more reps in practice.
Jeanty's status for last week's game against the New England Patriots was in question after he missed practice last Friday due to a flare-up of plantar fasciitis, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. He worked out pregame to determine whether he was good enough to play.
Jeanty, who has not been 100% healthy since sustaining an ankle sprain in late August, had his worst rushing performance of the season in the 45-17 road loss, totaling 27 yards on 10 carries.
In the last four games, Jeanty has averaged 47.3 yards per game.
Despite Jeanty's struggles, he is hoping for a breakout performance at some point.
"Unless I can't run, jump or cut, I'm playing," Jeanty said after the loss to New England. "Football is a tough game. You're never gonna play feeling 100%. At the end of the day, I want to go out there and do my best for my teammates."
