Every team in the National Hockey League will have a new uniform this coming season.
The NHL announced the Hometown Remix uniform series for all 32 teams on Wednesday. The sweaters will “authentically celebrate the fans, city, and local culture of each team,” according to the league.
A release date for each uniform was not immediately clear, though the league said more information would be available after the season began, indicating we won’t see a reveal of the new threads prior to the Sept. 29 season-opener.
The uniforms will be accompanied by Hometown Remix branded headwear and apparel.
This will be the first league-wide uniform project since the NHL debuted the Reverse Retro jerseys during the 2022-23 season, which aimed to put a modern twist on past uniforms worn by each team throughout their franchise’s history.
The Reverse Retros also came with Adidas as official NHL manufacturer. The Hometown Remixes will be Fanatics’ first major league-wide uniform since taking over in 2024-25.
