Flames claim F Beecher off waivers from Bruins

Calgary Flames claimed forward Johnny Beecher off waivers from the Boston Bruins on Tuesday.

The 24-year-old native of Elmira, New York has one goal over six games with the Bruins this season.

Beecher tallied three goals and eight assists over 78 games in 2024-25 with the Bruins, his second season in the NHL.

The Bruins selected Beecher 30th overall in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft.

Calgary remains last in the NHL with a 5-12-3 record.
