Hurricanes advance to Stanley Cup Final after dominant Game 5 win over Canadiens

The Carolina Hurricanes have advanced to the Stanley Cup Final following a large 6-1 Game 5 win over the Montreal Canadiens on Friday night.

With the win, Carolina heads to the Stanley Cup Final with a 12-1 postseason record to meet the Western Conference winners, the Vegas Golden Knights.

Forwards Taylor Hall and Logan Stankoven led the way for Carolina on Friday, with each of them finding the back of the net while adding a pair of assists to lift the Hurricanes to the win.
