Goalie Jonas Johansson will make his Sens' debut on Saturday night against the visiting New York Rangers with regular starter Linus Ullmark sidelined with an injury.

The 33-year-old Swedish net-minder is set to miss one-to-two weeks with the injury, head coach Travis Green said via TSN’s Claire Hanna.

“Linus is going to be out for a week or two, best to get him in tonight,” Green said on the decision.

The 31-year-old Johansson, also from Sweden, owns a 2.92 goals-against average and a .912 save percentage over five games in the AHL this season.

Johansson has 105 games of NHL experience, posting a 3.29 goals-against average and a .889 save percentage.

In other lineup news, forward Andre Burakovsky is expected to return to the lineup on Saturday after missing the last two games as a healthy scratch.

The 31-year-old, who has no points in five games this season, skated on the fourth line during the morning skate.

Green also revealed captain Thomas Chabot will join the Senators on their upcoming road trip and will return to game action.
