Tottenham Hotspur officially registered its 2026-2027 Premier League squad on Thursday and Richarlison’s name was nowhere to be found.
The 29-year-old Brazil striker was officially omitted from the 25-player list.
Richarlison can still depart the club for a Turkish or Saudi club with their transfer windows still open. The transfer window in most of Europe closed on Tuesday. A move back to former club Everton did not materialize. On Wednesday, Richarlison was attached to a move to Super Lig side Trabonzspor.
A native of Nova Venecia, Richarlison joined Spurs from the Toffees in a move worth over £50 million in 2022. He made 102 appearances over the past four seasons, scoring 27 goals. Richarlison started and played 67 minutes in Spurs’ 3-0 season-opening loss to Brentford.
Having also spent a season at Watford, Richarlison has 70 Premier League goals in 238 appearances.
Internationally, Richarlison has 20 goals in 50 senior appearances for Brazil.
