With summer coming to a close and school back in session, SportsCentre recaps the Top 10 plays from the summer.


FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup: Italy 52, USA 55

Jackie Young scored 10 points and the U.S. survived its toughest test in the women's basketball World Cup in two decades with a 55-52 victory over Italy on Sunday. The Americans (2-0) had to work hard for this victory, putting up the lowest point total in a preliminary-round game since 1971, when they had 51 against France.

Given an unlikely second chance at a game-ending Hail Mary, Bryce Underwood connected with JJ Buchanan for a 47-yard touchdown pass that lifted No. 16 Michigan over Western Michigan. But the Wolverines needed one second put back on the clock for that final play to happen, and it set the stage for a controversial ending.
