Turns out Canada’s own hockey superstar Sarah Nurse is also a gamer!
The Olympic gold medalist and Vancouver Goldeneye’s alternate captain came through the BarDown office to show off her hand-eye coordination on the Nintendo Switch 2. She joined our resident gamer, Marissa Roberto, for a cozy gaming session, playing Pokémon Pokopia. Marissa has put in an embarrassing amount of hours in the game and was happy to show off her progress to a real athlete.
Pokémon Pokopia is an island building game where you play Ditto and grow your island into a Poke paradise with the help of all the Pokémon you find. Nursey explains why she loves the experience so much here!
