After nine years with Sean McDermott as head coach, the Buffalo Bills will have a new leader next season.
McDermott went 98-50 in his nine seasons at the helm in Buffalo, going 8-8 in the playoffs during his tenure.
McDermott is the 10th coach to be fired this season, and with a 29-year-old Josh Allen at quarterback, Buffalo’s opening just became one of the best in the league.
A familiar face for Bills fans sits atop the market with Brian Daboll at -125 to land the job.
Daboll spent four seasons as the Bills’ offensive coordinator before becoming the head coach of the New York Giants. In four years, Daboll went 20-40-1 and was fired after 10 games in 2025.
Phillip Rivers now has the second-shortest odds in this market at +210. The 44-year-old interviewed with the team on Friday.
