The patch features the team’s original bird head logo and Maple Leaf and a “5″ in the club’s original split font. The patch’s colour palette features “vintage turquoise, royal blue, and modern red” with a gold outline. The patch will be worn on the right sleeve of all jerseys in 2026, aside from the City Connect uniforms. For games in which those will be worn, the patch will appear on caps.
The team’s 50th season will also be marked by new installations along the 100-level concourse at Rogers Centre, along with a new display that honours the team’s Level of Excellence.
The Blue Jays will announce a promotions schedule the week of Feb. 2 that is set to include “retro and current promotions [that] will honour both the history of the franchise and today’s AL Championship team.”
The Blue Jays open up their regular-season schedule on Mar. 27 at home to the Athletics.
