Toronto Blue Jays starter Trey Yesavage made another rehab start with the Triple-A Buffalo Bisons on Tuesday as he works his way back to the majors.
Yesavage went 2.1 innings and was charged with four runs, two earned, with two strikeouts and four walks against the Columbus Clippers, an affiliate of the Cleveland Guardians.
The 22-year-old faced 14 hitters and threw 64 pitches, 37 for strikes, and also committed a throwing error in the first inning.
This was his fourth minor league outing this season, having thrown twice for the Single-A Dunedin Blue Jays and twice for the Bisons.
Yesavage is currently on the 15-day IL with a right shoulder impingement and has not thrown a pitch for the Blue Jays at the MLB level in 2026.
The Pennsylvania native exploded on the scene for the Blue Jays in 2025 after beginning the season in A-ball and working his way through the system before being promoted to the majors in September.
Yesavage made three regular season starts and posted a 1-0 record with a 3.21 ERA over 14.0 innings.
He would go on to appear in the Division Series, Championship Series and World Series, pitching in six postseason games, and came out of the bullpen in Game 7 of the Fall Classic against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
