Raptors’ Dick injured vs. Pacers after hard fall

Toronto Raptors guard Gradey Dick was ruled out of Wednesday’s game against the Indiana Pacers after suffering a hard fall.

Dick was battling for an offensive rebound late in the first quarter when he was injured and forced to the locker room.

The team later announced he would not return to the contest.

The 22-year-old played 6:34 in Wednesday’s game and was 0-2 from the field and picked up three rebounds, an assist, a steal and a block, before exiting the game.

The Wichita, Kansas native is averaging 7.2 points, 1.9 rebounds and 0.7 assists per game this season for the Raptors.

The Raptors defeated the Pacers 97-95 in the NBA Cup contest, earning their ninth consecutive victory.

They are currently second in the Eastern Conference with a 14-5 record.
