The Toronto Raptors failed to get much going in Game 1 of their opening playoff series, falling to the Cleveland Cavaliers 126-113 at Rocket Arena Saturday afternoon.

The Raptors kept it close to end the first half, only trailing by seven points. However, a 10-0 run to begin the second half by the Cavaliers would more than double their lead, and they would maintain that advantage for the rest of the contest.

It was Donovan Mitchell leading the way for the home team, as the all-star guard finished with 32 points, four assists, three rebounds, and two steals. It marked the ninth consecutive Game 1 that Mitchell has scored 30 or more points in.

Four Raptors finished in double figures, including Scottie Barnes. The forward recorded 21 points, seven assists, and one rebound in the fifth playoff appearance of his career.

Brandon Ingram (17 points), RJ Barrett (24 points), and Jamal Shead (17 points) - who started in place of the injured Immanuel Quickley - also contributed offensively.

Game 2 goes on Monday in Cleveland on TSN.
