Toronto Raptors guard Immanuel Quickley is officially listed as questionable with a right hamstring strain for Game 2 of the team’s first-round playoff series against the Cleveland Cavaliers Monday night.

Quickley did not play in Game 1 after leaving early in the team’s season finale last weekend against the Brooklyn Nets.

Jamal Shead started in Quickley’s place and scored 17 points, but head coach Darko Rajakovic told reporters after Toronto’s 126-113 loss:

“We missed Quickley big time with the way he gets us organized and his shooting helps our team out,” Rajakovic said. ”I like Jamal’s defense and what we need on the court. We wanted to have multiple ball handlers on the floor with Jamal.”

The 26-year-old Quickley averaged 16.4 points, 5.9 assists and 4.0 rebounds in 70 games during the regular season. This is his third year with the Raps after coming over in a trade with the New York Knicks in December of 2023.

After Game 2, the series shifts to Toronto for Game 3 on Thursday.
