The Toronto Raptors have ruled out point guard Immanuel Quickley for the remainder of their first-round series against the Cleveland Cavaliers, the club announced on Friday.

Quickley has been rehabbing an injured right hamstring he sustained in the regular-season finale against the Brooklyn Nets. The team says Quickley reinjured his hamstring while going through the recovery process.

The 26-year-old also dealt with plantar fasciitis during the regular season, recording a career-high 16.4 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 5.9 assists over 70 games.

Ja’Kobe Walter started at guard in Thursday’s 126-104 Game 3 win after Jamal Shead got the nod in Games 1 and 2.

“We were going to do whatever it takes,” said Scottie Barnes, who had a double-double. “We knew we needed everybody for this win. You’ve seen some big performances from everybody.

“It just goes to show how resilient we are, how badly we wanted it, going out there and trying to do whatever it took.”

Barnes scored a career playoff high of 33 points in the victory. Rookie Collin Murray-Boyles added 22, while Canadian R.J. Barrett also poured in 33 in the much-needed victory.

The Raptors now trail the series 2-1 with Game 4 scheduled for Sunday afternoon in Toronto.
