Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Ed Oliver was added to the team’s injury report on Thursday after missing practice with an ankle injury.
Oliver, 27, was spotted at the team facility in a walking boot.
Oliver, in his seventh season out of Houston, was one of the stars of the Bills’ thrilling 41-40 comeback victory over the Baltimore Ravens this past Sunday. Oliver registered six tackles and a sack and was responsible for forcing a Derrick Henry fumble late in the fourth quarter that shifted the game’s momentum.
Oliver was the only player who did not practice with cornerbacks Taron Johnson (quad) and Tre’Davious White (groin), tight end Dawson Knox (hip), defensive end Gregory Rousseau (knee), linebacker Shaq Thompson (hamstring and hand) and defensive back Jordan Hancock (shoulder) listed as limited.
The Bills (1-0) return to action on Sunday with a visit to AFC rivals the New York Jets (0-1).
