The Dallas Cowboys are not off to the start they wanted in the 2026 season, but one thing that remains true is that wide receiver CeeDee Lamb is still one of the most dangerous offensive weapons in the league.

Lamb will look to get back into the end zone in Week 9 against the Indianapolis Colts.

Last week, the 27-year-old caught seven passes for 58 yards in an overtime loss to the Arizona Cardinals.

The game before that, he was in the end zone twice in a five-catch, 74-yard performance against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Lamb is responsible for one of the biggest receiving games of the season when he exploded for 189 yards and a touchdown on 17 catches against the Houston Texans in a Week 4 victory.

The Louisiana native has six touchdowns on the season, surpassing the three he scored last season in a down year and halfway to his career high of 12, which he posted in 2023.

The five-time Pro Bowler has surpassed the 100-yard receiving mark three times already this season and has shown throughout his career that any week can be the week where he produces another eye-popping game.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba – Seattle Seahawks vs. Arizona Cardinals – 4:25pm ET

Jaxon Smith-Njigba is one of the most electric and consistent receivers in the game as he continues to produce every week for the defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks.

Smith-Njigba enters the Week 9 contest against the Arizona Cardinals leading the league in both receiving yards and receiving touchdowns.

The 985 yards he has amassed through the air is 259 more than Cincinnati Bengals wideout Tee Higgins and he has nine receiving touchdowns, three more than the four players tied for second behind him.

Last week he caught six passes for 118 yards and a touchdown in a game the Seahawks lost 34-17 to the Chicago Bears.

The week prior, he posted nine catches for 150 yards and a touchdown in a 20-3 win over the Kansas City Chiefs.

Win or lose, Smith-Njigba is an offensive force for the champs.

He has only failed to reach the 100-yard receiving mark one time this season, and his high-water mark is a 155-yard game against the Cardinals in Week 2, a contest where he also contributed three touchdowns.

Lest you think these numbers are unsustainable, the 24-year-old led the league last season with 1,793 receiving yards on his way to being named the 2025 Offensive Player of the Year.

The last player to repeat as the Offensive Player of the Year in the NFL was St. Louis Rams running back Marshall Faulk, who captured the award three times in a row from 1999-2001.

Smith-Njigba is well on his way to keeping that award in his possession for another season.
