Frank Ragnow is back.

The four-time Pro Bowl centre has ended his retirement and rejoined the Detroit Lions.

Ragnow, 29, announced his retirement after seven NFL seasons this past June.

Originally taken with the 20th pick of the 2018 NFL Draft out of Arkansas, Ragnow appeared in 96 career games for the team.

The Lions (7-4) host the Green Bay Packers (7-3-1) in their traditional Thanksgiving home game on Thursday afternoon.
