The Indianapolis Colts are breathing a sigh of relief.

ESPN’s Ian Rapoport reports tight end Tyler Warren is expected to be ready for Week 1.

Warren, 24, picked up a groin injury in practice on Wednesday and is expected to be out for about a week.

The Colts open up their regular season on Sept. 13 at home to the Baltimore Ravens.

A native of Mechanicsville, VA, Warren was the 14th overall pick of the 2025 NFL Draft out of Penn State. He appeared in all 17 games in his rookie season. Warren hauled in 76 receptions on 112 targets for 817 yards and four touchdowns. His play earned him a Pro Bowl nod.

The Colts, who tied their preseason opener, 13-13, with the New England Patriots, return to action on Saturday with a visit from the Atlanta Falcons.
