Week 18 is here and there is still much on the line for a number of teams heading into the final week of the National Football League’s regular season.

TSN will carry a total of six games on the network in Week 18, highlighted by a crucial NFC doubleheader on Saturday and teams in both conferences chasing the final playoff spots still up for grabs. As well, the NFL RedZone show of 2025 will be streaming LIVE on Sunday to kick off the early slate of games.

Here is a game-by-game look at all of the action on TSN this weekend.

Panthers vs. Buccaneers - TSN1/3

Week 18 kicks off on Saturday as Baker Mayfield and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers square off against Bryce Young and the Carolina Panthers in a matchup that will likely decide the NFC South.

Both Carolina (8-8) and Tampa Bay (7-9) lost last week and missed their chances to gain ground ahead on one another ahead of the season finale.

The Panthers are in the driver’s seat in the NFC South, and can lock up the division - as well as the final playoff spot in the conference - with a win in Week 18.

The Buccaneers have lost seven of their past eight games as part of a late-season collapse, and even with a win on Saturday will still need some help from a divisional rival this week if they are to win their fifth straight division title.

Due to their loss against the Miami Dolphins last time out, Tampa Bay will need to beat Carolina to keep their playoff hopes alive ahead of Sunday’s game between the Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints.

If the Bucs take care of business on Saturday, they would require the Saints to beat the Falcons to avoid a three-way tie atop the division at 8-9, which would see the Panthers through to the playoffs via a tiebreaker based on head-to-head record against the other two teams.

Atlanta and New Orleans have already been eliminated from postseason contention, but both teams have been riding hot streaks down the stretch, riding three and four-game winning streaks, respectively.

Their matchup in Week 18 could hold massive playoff implications if the Buccaneers can emerge victorious on Saturday.

Seahawks vs. 49ers

The Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers go head-to-head in a winner-take-all matchup to determine both the NFC West and the conference’s No. 1 seed heading into the playoffs.

Watch the Seahawks battle the 49ers LIVE Saturday at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT on TSN1/3, TSN.ca, and the TSN App.

Seattle (13-3) have won six straight contests heading into Saturday’s contest and can secure their first division title since 2020 with a victory in Week 18.

Sam Darnold threw doe 147 yards with a touchdown and interception in the Seahawks’ 27-10 win over the Panthers to set up the pivotal clash against the Niners in Week 18.

San Francisco (12-4) is riding a six-game streak of their own heading into the tilt against Seattle.

The 49ers eked out a narrow 42-38 victory over the Chicago Bears on Sunday Night Football last week, with the game ultimately coming down to the final possession in the fourth quarter, when San Francisco was able to stop the Bears on the two-yard line with no time remaining.

Brock Purdy stayed hot with 303 passing yards and three touchdowns in the win. He now has 13 total touchdowns across his past three games, and will look to carry things over into a pivotal showdown against Seattle.

While the winner of Saturday’s game gets a wild-card round bye and home-field advantage throughout the NFC Championship, the loser of Saturday’s game will enter the playoffs as a wild card team and will hit the road for their first playoff game next week.

Packers vs. Vikings

Week 18 action continues into Sunday, where the Green Bay Packers get one final tune-up for the playoffs as they close the regular season against the Minnesota Vikings.

With the playoffs already locked up for Green Bay, there is no word yet on whether Jordan Love will make his return to the lineup after missing last week while in concussion protocol.

Malik Willis would start under centre once again for Matt LaFleur’s team, and will look build on a on an impressive performance last week against the Baltimore Ravens.

Willis competed 18-of-21 passing attempts for 288 yards and a touchdown, while also adding 60 yards and a score on the ground in a 41-24 loss.

The former third-round pick in the 2022 draft is set for free agency after the conclusion of this season, and could very well compete for a starting job elsewhere with a quarterback-needy team.

Green Bay (9-6-1) has already booked their ticket to the postseason and cannot win the NFC North title, but this could serve as a ‘get-right’ game ahead of the wild card round with the Packers currently on a three-game losing streak.

Minnesota (8-8) have been mathematically eliminated from the playoffs, but can avoid a last-place finish in the NFC North with a win in Week 18.

J.J. McCarthy’s status is still up in the air after missing last game with a hand injury.

McCarthy hit his throwing hand on a defender’s helmet in Week 16 against the New York Giants, and was replaced by backup quarterback Max Brosmer. After the game, it was announced that McCarthy had suffered a hairline fracture.

Brosmer took the reigns of the Vikings offence in their Christmas Day clash against the Detroit Lions, but struggled with just 51 passing yards and no touchdowns, while also taking seven sacks.

Minnesota ended up winning the game 23-10 on the backs of their defence, but Brosmer could get another chance to prove himself against the Packers if McCarthy is ruled out.

Titans vs. Jaguars on TSN+

Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars look to secure their third AFC South title in franchise history when they take on the Cam Ward and the Tennessee Titans.

Jacksonville (12-4) have been red-hot down the stretch of the regular season, and now go for their eighth straight win with the division title on the line.

The Jaguars defeated the Indianapolis Colts 23-17 last week thanks in part to Lawrence’s two rushing touchdowns as the team continues to build their case as a threat in the AFC.

The AFC South is not the only thing on the line however, as the top seed in the conference is still up for grabs.

Jacksonville will need both the Denver Broncos and New England Patriots to lose their matchups, while taking care of business against Tennessee to secure the wild-card bye.

Tennessee (3-13) have not had much success in Ward’s rookie year, but the No. 1 overall pick in this year’s draft has seemingly found his footing in recent weeks, throwing for at tow touchdowns in each of his past four games.

Ward will look for a positive end to his rookie season as Tennessee begins to look toward the draft and a head coaching search during the upcoming cycle.

Chargers vs. Broncos

Bo Nix and the Denver Broncos aim to clinch the top seed in the AFC in the final week of the regular season as they play host to the playoff-bound Los Angeles Chargers.

Watch the Chargers battle the Broncos LIVE Sunday at 4 p.m. ET / 1 p.m. PT on TSN3, TSN.ca, and the TSN App.

After having their 11-game wins streak snapped by the Jaguars, the Broncos rebounded in Week 17 with a 20-13 win over the Patrick Mahomes-less Kansas City Chiefs on Christmas Day.

Nix threw a touchdown to rookie running back R.J. Harvey with 1:45 left in regulation to take a late lead, and the vaunted Broncos defence forced a stop on fourth down to secure the victory.

Denver moved to 13-3 on the year, and are now in prime position to finish as the No. 1 seed for the first time since 2015, a season that saw the franchise win their third Super Bowl title.

One more win to close out the season will see them hold home-field advantage through the AFC Championship.

The prospect of the top seed in the conference became even more when the news came that Chargers star quarterback Justin Herbert wouldn’t be dressing in Week 18 as the team turns their attention towards the playoffs.

Los Angeles (11-5) has already locked up their spot in next week’s wild card round, and with no chances of winning the division or conference in Week 18, head coach Jim Harbaugh has made the decision to sit Herbert, citing that his quarterback “has bruises to heal”.

“Winning and being healthy, those are our two objectives,” Harbaugh said ahead of the matchup against Denver. “Guys that we think, the doctors, trainers, myself, the organization, that have the most bruises and need that time the most, we’ve decided that’s the direction we’re going.”

Herbert underwent surgery to repair a fractured hand ahead of Week 14’s tilt against the Philadelphia Eagles, not missing a week of action with the injury as the Chargers chased down a postseason spot.

His 2025 season ends with 3,727 yards, 26 touchdowns and 13 interceptions, also adding a career-best 498 yards with two scores on the ground.

Trey Lance will play in Herbert’s place on Sunday for just his sixth career start of his NFL career after being selected with the third overall pick in the 2021 draft.

Sunday Night Football - Ravens vs. Steelers

The 2025 NFL regular season comes to a close on Sunday Night Football with Aaron Rodgers and the Pittsburgh Steelers playing host to Derrick Henry and the Baltimore Ravens in a win-or-go-home clash for the AFC North title.

Watch the Steelers host the Ravens LIVE Sunday at 8:15 p.m. ET / 5:15 p.m. PT on TSN3, TSN.ca, and the TSN App.

Pittsburgh (9-7) and Baltimore (8-8) duke it out in the regular-season finale with the winner heading to the playoffs as the No. 4 seed in the AFC, while the loser will be officially eliminated from postseason contention and plunge into an offseason of tough choices up and down the roster.

Rodgers and the Steelers could have avoided this do-or-die scenario altogether last week, but fell to the Cleveland Browns 13-6 to set up a high-stakes matchup against the Ravens.

DK Metcalf was sorely missed last week as Rodgers was held to just 168 passing yards and no touchdowns without his top receiver, and his absence could once again loom large in this time around as he serves the final game of his suspension for getting in an altercation with a fan in Week 16.

The game could also very well serve as the final game of Rodgers’ first-ballot Hall of Fame career, with free agency impeding for the soon-to-be 43-year-old quarterback.

The Ravens overcame an ugly 1-5 start to be in contention for the playoffs heading into Week 18, but could be without star quarterback Lamar Jackson for the second straight week while the two-time MVP deals with a back injury.

Tyler Huntley stepped in to replace Jackson last week in the team’s win over Green Bay, completing 16-of-20 pass attempts for 107 yards and a touchdown to keep Baltimore’s season alive, and could very well be tasked with doing so once again on Sunday night.

Henry was the driving force in the victory with a season-high 216 rushing yards with four touchdowns, and is set to play another big role against Pittsburgh with the season hanging in the balance.
