PHILADELPHIA -- Eagles coach Nick Sirianni said Monday that he is not making a change at offensive coordinator or quarterback despite his team's six-game losing streak.
Sirianni said Sean Mannion will remain the offensive playcaller and Tanner McKee the starting quarterback.
"I'm not making any changes there," Sirianni said, when asked about his coaching staff. "It is on all of us to figure out how to get things going in the right direction. Obviously, right now they're not. But again, this is the ultimate team game and we're in the problem-solving business. Right now, we have to find answers to help us get going offensively. Again, that brunt falls on myself, that falls on Sean, and we're going to do everything we can to get ourselves out of this."
The Eagles (2-6) have struggled to score in Mannion's first year as the Eagles' playcaller, averaging 17.1 points per game this season -- ranked 30th in the NFL. Mannion, a former quarterback, played in the league as recently and 2023 and had just two years of coaching experience before stepping into this high-profile role.
He was hired to implement a new system more in the Kyle Shanahan-Sean McVay mold to help modernize an offense that grew stale in 2025.
The scheme has hardly taken shape at all. Between right tackle Lane Johnson's sudden retirement, the injuries to multiple skill position players, the trading of center Cam Jurgens and the loss of quarterback Jalen Hurts due to blood clots in his lungs, it became difficult to establish a sound foundation.
McKee has started the Eagles' past three games at quarterback, completing 63.2% of his pass attempts for 639 yards with two touchdown throws and two interceptions. He threw for 212 yards and an interception in a 27-10 loss to the Washington Commanders on Sunday night.
"Tanner's our guy. We're not making any changes there," Sirianni said. "Again, how do we find solutions? That could be within scheme, that could be within how our schedule is, practice plays. Everything's on the table for us in that aspect. But right now, this is where we are and we're trying to find solutions there. We're looking at everything as far as what we can do differently as coaches."
Joe Milton, a 2024 sixth-round pick of the New England Patriots who was most recently with the Dallas Cowboys, is currently serving as the primary backup to McKee.
The Eagles host the division-leading New York Giants on Sunday before heading into their bye week.
