The struggling St. Louis Blues will be without forwards Jimmy Snuggerud and Alexey Toropchenko for at least the next few weeks.
Snuggerud is set to undergo wrist surgery and will be re-evaluated in six weeks, while Toropchenko has been ruled week-to-week after sustaining burns to his legs in a home accident.
Toropchenko is the second player this season to miss time due to burns, with Florida Panthers centre Eetu Luostarinen yet to play after a barbequing incident in mid-November.
