Lambos, 23, scored eight goals with 19 points in 70 games last season with Iowa. He also made his NHL debut last season, suiting up for one game on Dec. 18 against the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Washington Capitals
Holl signed a one-year, $900,000 contract with the Capitals as a free agent on July 1.
The 34-year-old primarily spent the 2025-26 season with the AHL's Grand Rapids Griffins, where he had 14 points in 41 games before finishing the season in the NHL with the St. Louis Blues, where he appeared in nine games.
The Tonka Bay, Minn., native has skated in 405 career NHL games split between the Toronto Maple Leafs, Detroit Red Wings and Blues.
The Capitals also announced that forwards Tyler Kopff, Petr Sikora and Alex Sudzdalev as well as defenceman Jon McDonald have been recalled from Hershey.

The Canadiens return to preseason action Saturday with another split-squad game with the Ottawa Senators.
Per TSN's Kenzie Lalonde, the Canadiens squad playing in Ottawa has Oliver Kapanen on the top line with Zachary Bolduc and Kirby Dach while rookie defencemen Adam Engstrom and David Reinbacher are paired together.
