Forward Mats Zuccarello is expected to miss between seven and eight weeks with a lower-body injury, the team announced Tuesday morning.

Wild head coach John Hynes told reporters over the weekend Zuccarello had no timetable for his return and described his ailment as a back injury.
The 38-year-old had 19 goals and 35 assists for 54 points in in 69 games last season for the Wild, his sixth in the Twin Cities. He had another three points in six Stanley Cup Playoff games last year.
