More concerning than their loss to the Philadelphia Flyers Tuesday night, the Ottawa Senators also lost Milan Michalek and Mika Zibanejad to injury.
Michalek took a Radko Gudas shot off his right hand and head coach Dave Cameron said the winger will be out long-term following the game.
Cameron did not have an update on Zibanejad, who left the game after taking a forearm to the head by Gudas. Gudas may be in line for a suspension for the hit.
