PWHL Hamilton continues to add to their expansion franchise, signing star forward Alina Muller and defender Nicole Gosling to a three-year contracts on Saturday.
Muller, 28, was selected third overall by the Boston Fleet in the inaugural PWHL Draft in 2023 and was a finalist of the league’s rookie of the year in 2024 after she recorded five goals and 16 points in 24 games.
The 5-foot-5 forward registered four goals and 21 points in 30 games for the Fleet last season as they finished with the league’s second best record of 16-5-4-5.
Muller has 16 goals and 56 points in 80 career PWHL games. She is currently tied for the most assists in PWHL history and is sitting 10th all-time in PWHL scoring.
The Lengnau, Switzerland, native represented her country four times at The Winter Olympics, winning bronze medals in 2014 and 2026. She is seventh all time in Olympic scoring with 16 goals and 29 points.
Gosling, 24, completed her rookie season in the PWHL, recording three goals and 19 points in 30 games with the Walter Cup winner Montreal Victoire.
She is a finalist for rookie of the year along with Casey O’Brien of the New York Sirens and Haley Winn of the Boston Fleet.
The 5-foot-6 blueliner represented Canada at the 2024 Women’s World Hockey Championship, winning gold.
She previously played five seasons in the NCAA for Clarkson University, registering 44 goals and 148 points in 176 career games.
Muller and Gosling join a Hamilton roster also featuring Brianne Jenner and goaltender Kayle Osborne.
Jenner joins Hamilton after captaining the Ottawa Charge the last three seasons while Osborne comes from the New York Sirens.
The 2026-27 campaign is the inaugural PWHL season for four new teams in Hamilton, Detroit, San Jose, and Las Vegas.
