Montreal currently sits second in the PWHL with 46 points, five behind Boston, who clinched a playoff berth over the weekend with a 4-2 win over Minnesota. The Fleet became the fastest team in PWHL history to clinch a playoff spot, booking their place with their 13th regulation win.
The Victoire have won their past two games. They beat the Frost in a critical matchup last Wednesday as Catherine Dubois, Hayley Scamurra and Lina Ljungblom all found the back of the net while Ann-Renée Desbiens made 21 saves in the 3-0 victory.
On Saturday against New York, the team overcame a 1-0 deficit heading into the third and scored three times in the final frame as Dubois scored twice with Laura Stacey adding the insurance goal in the 3-1 victory.
Captain Marie-Philip Poulin remains on long-term injured reserve with a lower-body injury and has not played since Mar. 15 in a 4-3 overtime loss to the Fleet.
The Goldeneyes have not been eliminated from the playoffs but they are six points back of the Ottawa Charge for the fourth and final spot.
Vancouver went just 2-5 in the month of March as they sit seventh in the PWHL standings, five points ahead of fellow expansion team Seattle.
In their last outing on Sunday, Vancouver beat Toronto 3-2 as former Sceptres Izzy Daniel and Hannah Miller scored for the Goldeneyes with Mannon McMahon scoring the game-winning goal.
Montreal has won both games against Vancouver this season.
Sceptres vs. Charge
The late game has the Charge taking on the Sceptres in Calgary as part of the Takeover Tour.

Toronto looks to move into fourth place with a win. However, starting goaltender Raygan Kirk is currently dealing with an upper-body injury.
The Sceptres have lost their past two games as they were shut out 4-0 by the Fleet on Friday before being edged out 3-2 against Vancouver on Sunday.
It has been a tough season for the Sceptres offensively, with just three players reaching double digits in scoring, including Daryl Watts (17), Blayre Turnbull (14) and Jesse Compher (11). The team has scored 45 goals in 24 games, tied for second last in the league with Seattle and one ahead of last place Vancouver.
In Ottawa, they will go as far as goaltender Gwyneth Philips will take them. One of the PWHL’s busiest goaltenders this season, she is 12-8-1 in 21 appearances this season with a .924 save percentage and 2.35 GAA.
In her most recent outing, she stopped all 25 shots she faced for her first shutout of the season in a 2-0 win over the Torrent.
However, Ottawa’s breakout star this season has undoubtedly been forward Rebecca Leslie.
Leslie, a third-year player in the PWHL, is tied for the league lead in goals with 12 and has 19 points this season. Last season, she had just one goal and two assists in 27 games.
Ottawa and Toronto have split the season series thus far.

Rookie goal-scoring leader Kristyna Kaltounkova has not played since Mar. 18 and was placed on LTIR on Tuesday with a lower-body injury. Scoring 11 goals in 21 games this season, she struggled coming out of the Olympics, recording zero points in five games before going on LTIR.
Forward Sarah Fillier has been mired in a sophomore slump offensively for New York this season. After scoring 13 goals with 29 points in 30 games as she co-led the PWHL in points with Hilary Knight as a rookie, she has just five goals with 16 points in 22 games in 2025-26.
Minnesota is pushing to clinch a playoff spot as they sit in third place with 42 points and are nine points clear of fourth-place Ottawa.
They boast the top three scorers in the league in Kelly Pannek (23), Taylor Heise (23) and Britta Curl-Salemme (22) while Pannek also co-leads the PWHL in goals with 12.
