Gabriele Biancheri’s Manchester United career is over.
The Red Devils announced the permanent sale of the 19-year-old forward to Austrian side Wacker Innsbruck.
A native of Cardiff, Biancheri is eligible to represent Canada internationally through a Canadian mother. He was a training player with the Canadian senior squad ahead of the 2025 Canadian Shield tournament in Toronto. A Wales youth international, Biancheri can also play for Italy.
Biancheri departs Old Trafford without a first-team appearance. Having joined United from Cardiff City in 2023, he spent last season on loan with Rotherham United on loan in what was his first senior season. He made 11 appearances for the League One side.
Wacker Innsbruck currently plays in the second tier of Austrian football.
