Paul Pogba appears set for another fresh start.
Le Parisien reports Monaco seeks to terminate the contract of the former France midfielder to allow him to find a new club.
Pogba, 33, incurred a fresh injury during training on Tuesday. He reportedly left a session early with a leg issue.
A World Cup winner in 2018, Pogba’s once-promising career has been derailed by injuries in recent years, as well as a doping suspension. Joining Monaco on a free transfer last summer, he made just six Ligue 1 appearances totaling 119 minutes of action. Since returning to Juventus from Manchester United in 2022, Pogba has played just 284 minutes of league football. He missed the entirety of the 2024-2025 season after a positive test for non-endogenous testosterone.
A native of the Paris area, Pogba became the most expensive player in the world in the summer of 2016 when he rejoined United from Juve in a then-record £89.3 million deal.
Internationally, Pogba was capped 91 times by France from 2013 to 2022, appearing at two World Cups and two Euros.
