The Dallas Wings guard was taken with the first overall selection of the 2025 WNBA Draft out of Connecticut and managed to live up to the hype.
A 23-year-old native of Edina, MN, Bueckers appeared in 36 games for the Wings this past season. She averaged 19.2 points on .477 shooting, 5.4 assists and 3.9 boards over 33.3 minutes a night. Bueckers finished her season with the third-most points (692) and third-most assists (194) by a rookie in WNBA history.
