The Toronto Tempo and Portland Fire both unveiled their 11 picks in the WNBA Expansion Draft on Friday afternoon.
With the No. 1 pick, Portland selected Canadian Bridget Carleton from the Minnesota Lynx while Toronto took guard Julie Allemand from the Los Angeles Sparks with their first selection.
The Chicago Sky made separate trades with Toronto and Portland on Wednesday in exchange for not selecting players on their unprotected list.
