The Toronto Tempo continue their Western Conference road trip tonight against the Phoenix Mercury as they look to win back-to-back games for the first time on TSN.

Watch Tempo vs. Mercury LIVE at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT on TSN4 and streaming on TSN.ca and the TSN App.

After dropping their first game on the road 99-95 to Los Angeles on Friday, the Tempo got revenge over the Sparks on Sunday, picking up the 106-96 victory.

Guard Brittney Sykes led the way on Sunday, scoring 38 points and was a perfect 15-for-15 at the free-throw line.

Rookie point guard Kiki Rice also had a big performance in her home state of California with 19 points and five rebounds while playing just over 35 minutes.

The Tempo are 2-2 through the first four games of their inaugural season, and their stars in Sykes and Mabrey have delivered.

Toronto inked both players to two-year super max deals in free agency in hopes they can be pillars to get the franchise off the ground.

Sykes has averaged 24.3 points, 4.0 rebounds and 4.5 assists while Mabrey has put up 18.5 points per game with 4.0 rebounds and 2.3 assists.

The Tempo have four players on the injury report for tonight as Isabelle Harrison (hand), Temi Fagbenle (shoulder) and Julie Allemand (hip) are out while Nyara Sabally (neck) is listed as probable to play.

After tonight, the Tempo wrap up the four-game road trip against the Minnesota Lynx on Thursday before returning home to Toronto for Saturday’s game where they host fellow expansion team Portland.

Toronto is facing a Phoenix team that is also 2-2 to start the 2026 campaign.

The Mercury are coming off a 91-83 win over the Chicago Sky on Friday, led by a 27-point performance from rookie Jovana Nogic.

Nogic has impressed early this season for Phoenix as the 28-year-old guard is averaging 16.0 points and is coming off a 27-point performance in that win over the Sky. She has previously played in Russia, Spain, Portugal and Turkey.
